While Ailana Jewelry & Accesories employs outside credit card processing firms to charge consumers for goods and services, these firms never keep, disclose, store, or use your personal information for other purposes.

PayPal and Ailana Jewelry & Accesories collaborate to provide a quick, easy, and secure checkout process. The address listed on the PayPal account must be the same for both shipping and billing.

PROMOTIONAL MARKETING

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We ask for some very typical contact and billing information when you place a purchase, including your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and credit card details. We guarantee that this information will remain confidential with us even though it is necessary to complete a purchase. Your information is used when placing a purchase for order processing, credit card verification, and anonymous traffic monitoring. Additionally, having a means of communication regarding an order is essential for us to ensure that nothing unexpected occurs!

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped as well as tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at filthyricholdtown@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping to the United States or priority mail $9 flat rate. For international orders shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ailanaoldtown@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
